How do I book a transfer?
Simply visit our website, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your vehicle, and complete the secure checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund minus an 11% processing fee. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Do you track flights for delays?
Yes! We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and cash payments upon arrival for select destinations.
Are car seats available for children?
Yes, we offer infant and child car seats upon request. Please specify the number and age of children during booking. Dominican law requires proper child restraints.
What if my destination is not listed?
Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. We service most locations in the Punta Cana area and can provide custom quotes for unlisted destinations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are possible but subject to vehicle availability.
Is there a meet & greet service?
Yes, for airport pickups your driver will wait at the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. We include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
What are your service hours?
We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Early morning, late night, and holiday transfers are all available at no extra cost.
